These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, products, and websites (collectively referred to as the “Services”) provided by Flex50. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
By accessing or using Flex50’s Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Flex50 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of our Services after any such modifications shall constitute your agreement to the modified Terms.
Flex50 provides group classes and private lessons on the Xfromer. All Services provided by Flex50 are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
To use certain features of the Services, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Flex50 offers various subscription plans and one-time purchase options. By purchasing a subscription or service:
There is a late cancellation fee of $20 applied to your account when you cancel within 12 hours hours of class. If you No-Show, there is a $25 fee applied to your account.
You may be added in off the waitlist up to 1 hour before class. If you are no longer able to make class, make sure you remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being added to class and having to cancel.
No-Shows are when you don’t show up for a class you are signed up for and don’t cancel before hand.
Discrepancies in late cancellation/now-show charges must be addressed within 48 hours after class time.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
All content, features, and functionality provided by Flex50, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Flex50 and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of Flex50’s content without express permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, even if Flex50 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Flex50 provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Flex50 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts of [State/Country].
